Ingredients
- 24 pieces Papdi (flat crispy puris)
- 2 medium Boiled potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 small Tomato, finely chopped
- 0.5 cup Mint-Coriander Chutney (Spicy)
- 0.5 cup Tamarind Date Chutney (Sweet)
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Red Chilli Chutney
- 1 cup Fine Sev (gram flour vermicelli)
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 0.5 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice(optional)

Arrange the flat papdis in a single layer on a large serving plate.

Place a small amount of diced boiled potatoes onto each papdi.

Add a layer of finely chopped onions and tomatoes over the potatoes.

Drizzle a small spoonful of spicy mint-coriander chutney and garlic chutney on each puri.

Add a generous amount of sweet tamarind date chutney to balance the spice.

Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder evenly over all the assembled puris.

Cover the entire plate generously with fine sev until the vegetables are barely visible.
