  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano(optional)

Instructions

    Rinse the quinoa under cold water and place it in a medium saucepan with 2 cups of water or broth.

    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
