  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice berries, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper, minced(optional)
