- 3 large Overripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 piece Large egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Walnuts or chocolate chips(optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan thoroughly.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth, then whisk in the Greek yogurt and oil.

Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
