  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs(optional)

Instructions

    In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange zest over medium heat until berries burst and thicken into a jam.

    Remove the cranberry reduction from heat and let it cool completely to room temperature.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Key lime juice, and honey until smooth.

    In a separate clean glass bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.

    Gradually add a tablespoon of sugar to the egg whites, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form for the meringue.
