- 1/2 cup Mango puree (fresh or frozen thawed)
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Milk (or water, as needed to thin)(optional)
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup(optional)
- 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
- 1 tsp Lime juice(optional)
