Ingredients

  • 1 piece pizza dough (personal‑size)
  • 1/2 cup canned young green jackfruit in water
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 5 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes(optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil(optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Lightly brush the pizza dough with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

In a small pan, warm the tomato sauce over medium heat, add red pepper flakes, and stir for 2‑3 minutes until fragrant; set aside.

  3. 3

Drain and rinse the jackfruit, then pat dry and slice thinly. Spread the spicy tomato sauce over the dough, layer the jackfruit slices evenly, and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.

  4. 4

Bake the pizza on a preheated baking sheet or pizza stone for 10‑12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. 5

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve.
