- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Original Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, placing a wire rack on top.

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack and roast for 20 minutes.

Flip the wings and roast for another 20-25 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

While wings roast, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; whisk in buffalo sauce, honey, vinegar, and paprika until smooth.
