  • 1 lb Fresh thin wheat noodles

  • 0.25 cup Sui Mi Ya Cai (preserved mustard greens)
  • 3 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
  • 4 tbsp Chili oil with flakes
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts(optional)
  • 2 stalks Chopped scallions

Instructions

    Heat a wok over medium-high heat and brown the ground pork until crispy and rendered.

    Add the Shaoxing wine and Sui Mi Ya Cai to the pork, stir-frying for 2 minutes until fragrant, then set aside.
