- 2 large Ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced

- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 piece Pandan leaf (optional)(optional)

Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
