- 1/4 cup Soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)

Pat the chicken breasts dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden.

Remove chicken from the pan and set aside; pour the liquid mixture into the same skillet.
