    Preheat your oven to its highest setting, ideally 500°F (260°C), with a pizza stone inside for at least 45 minutes.

    Crush the San Marzano tomatoes by hand or with a fork and mix with a pinch of salt and minced garlic.

    On a surface lightly dusted with semolina flour, stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle, keeping the edges slightly thicker.

    Transfer the dough to a pizza peel and spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce over the surface, leaving a 1-inch border.

    Distribute the fresh mozzarella slices evenly across the sauce and drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil.
