  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 6 pieces bamboo skewers, soaked in water
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes(optional)

  3. 3

Thread marinated chicken strips onto soaked skewers.

  4. 4

Grill or pan-sear skewers over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred, about 10 minutes total.

  5. 5

Serve skewers hot with peanut dipping sauce.
