- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
- 0.66 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
- 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper(optional)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 4 stalks Celery sticks
- 0.5 cup Blue cheese dressing

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fry the wings in small batches for 10 to 12 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

While the wings fry, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Whisk the hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper into the melted butter until smooth.
