- 2 pounds Chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/3 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 stalks Celery sticks(optional)
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese dressing(optional)

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While the wings are frying, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Whisk the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper into the melted butter until smooth.

Remove the wings from the oil and drain them on a wire rack or paper towels for 1 minute.

Place the hot wings in a large stainless steel bowl, pour the sauce over them, and toss until evenly coated.
