  • 200 g frozen açaí berry pulp (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 2 tbsp guarana syrup or honey
  • 0.25 cup apple juice or coconut water
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 0.5 cup fresh banana, sliced
  • 0.33 cup crispy granola
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut(optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds(optional)
  • 0.25 cup blueberries(optional)

Instructions

    Slightly thaw the frozen açaí pulp under warm water for 30 seconds to make it easier to break apart.

    Place the açaí pulp, frozen banana slices, and honey into a high-speed blender.

    Add the apple juice or coconut water sparingly to help the blades move without making the mixture too liquid.

    Pulse and blend on high until the texture is thick, smooth, and resembles soft-serve sorbet.

    Scoop the frozen açaí mixture into a chilled bowl immediately to prevent melting.

    Arrange the fresh strawberry slices and banana slices in neat rows on top of the açaí.

    Sprinkle the granola, shredded coconut, and chia seeds over the fruit.
