Ingredients
- 200 g frozen açaí berry pulp (unsweetened)
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 2 tbsp guarana syrup or honey
- 0.25 cup apple juice or coconut water
- 0.5 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 0.5 cup fresh banana, sliced
- 0.33 cup crispy granola
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut(optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds(optional)
- 0.25 cup blueberries(optional)
Instructions
- 1
Slightly thaw the frozen açaí pulp under warm water for 30 seconds to make it easier to break apart.
- 2
Place the açaí pulp, frozen banana slices, and honey into a high-speed blender.
- 3
Add the apple juice or coconut water sparingly to help the blades move without making the mixture too liquid.
- 4
Pulse and blend on high until the texture is thick, smooth, and resembles soft-serve sorbet.
- 5
Scoop the frozen açaí mixture into a chilled bowl immediately to prevent melting.
- 6
Arrange the fresh strawberry slices and banana slices in neat rows on top of the açaí.
- 7
Sprinkle the granola, shredded coconut, and chia seeds over the fruit.
- 8
Serve immediately with a spoon while the base is still firm and cold.
