Ingredients
- 3 cups Puffed rice (Murmura)
- 0.5 cup Sev (thin gram flour noodles)
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 small Tomato, finely chopped
- 0.5 cup Boiled potato, cubed
- 3 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
- 2 tablespoons Green chili-cilantro chutney
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts(optional)
- 5 pieces Papdi (crispy flour crackers)(optional)

Dry roast the puffed rice in a pan for 2 minutes on low heat until they become very crunchy, then let them cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onions, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes.

Add the roasted peanuts and crush the papdi crackers into the bowl for extra texture.

Sprinkle the chaat masala over the mixture and toss lightly to coat the dry ingredients.

Drizzle the tamarind chutney and the green chili-cilantro chutney over the mixture.

Add the lemon juice and quickly stir everything together with a large spoon to ensure even coating.

Garnish immediately with a generous handful of sev and fresh cilantro.

Serve instantly in bowls or paper cones before the puffed rice loses its crunch and becomes soggy.
