
Banana Nana Chocolate-Dipped Bites
Dip banana chunks in melted chocolate, chill briefly, and finish with a sprinkle of nuts or coconut.

Ingredients
- 1 medium Bananas
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- 1 tsp Coconut oil (or neutral oil)(optional)
- 2 tbsp Chopped nuts (almonds or peanuts)(optional)
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut(optional)
- 1 pinch Pinch of salt(optional)

Prep (10 minutes total): Peel the banana and cut it into bite-size chunks. Line a small plate or tray with parchment paper.

Melt (5 minutes total): In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.

Dip & coat: Dip each banana chunk into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip back into the bowl, then place on the lined tray.

Finish & chill: Sprinkle with nuts and/or shredded coconut (and a tiny pinch of salt if using). Chill for 10–15 minutes until set, then serve.
