Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Long-grain white rice
- 4 cups Water
- 2 sticks Cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups Whole milk
- 12 ounces Evaporated milk
- 0.5 cups Condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon(optional)
- 0.25 cups Granulated sugar(optional)
- 2 cups Ice cubes

Rinse the white rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.

Place the rice and the two cinnamon sticks into a large bowl or blender jar with 4 cups of water.

Let the rice and cinnamon soak at room temperature for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight.

Pour the rice, cinnamon sticks, and soaking water into a high-speed blender and process until completely smooth.

Strain the mixture through a very fine-mesh sieve or several layers of cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove all grit.

Whisk in the whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Taste and add additional sugar if a sweeter profile is desired, then refrigerate until chilled.

Stir well before serving over ice and garnish with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
