- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 4 stalks Celery sticks(optional)
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese dressing(optional)

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

While wings fry, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Whisk the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper into the melted butter until smooth.

Remove wings from oil and drain on a wire rack or paper towels for 2 minutes.
