Ingredients

  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 6 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder(optional)
  • 1/8 tsp salt(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Line the basket with parchment if needed.

  2. 2

Cut the pizza dough into 12–14 small rounds (about 1.5–2 inches each). Lightly brush or mist with olive oil, then place rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  3. 3

Air-fry for 6 minutes, until the dough is set and lightly crisped.

  4. 4

Top each dough round with a small spoon of pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella, and a few torn basil leaves. Air-fry for 2 more minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges are golden.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately.
