Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tostadas (store-bought)
- 1 cup Black beans (cooked, drained)
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels (canned or frozen)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp Water(optional)
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/2 medium Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lime juice(optional)
- to taste Salt(optional)

Prep (10 minutes): If using canned beans, drain and rinse. Dice the avocado and set aside. Measure the corn and salsa.

Cook (15 minutes): Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add black beans and corn, then stir in taco seasoning and water (if needed) until warmed through and lightly saucy, about 10–12 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt if needed.

Assemble (finish within the total time): Spoon the hot bean-corn mixture onto tostadas. Top with salsa and avocado. Add lime juice if using, then serve immediately.
