Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 6 ounces Deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced(optional)

Instructions

    Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.

    In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together.

    Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly across the center of each tortilla.

    Layer two slices of Swiss cheese on each tortilla, followed by the sliced turkey breast.

    Top the turkey with shredded lettuce and tomato slices if using.

    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
