- 2 6-ounce pieces Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh parsley(optional)
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon in the skillet, skin-side up. Sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the fillets and add the butter and minced garlic to the pan.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes, spooning the melting butter over the fish as it finishes cooking.

Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with the pan sauce.
