BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Flatbread or Naan
  • 1.5 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped(optional)

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet.

    Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

    In a small bowl, toss the shredded chicken with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce to coat, then distribute the chicken over the flatbreads.

    Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and red onion slices over the chicken.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
