Ingredients

  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb Deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 cup Fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp Dried dill(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder(optional)

Instructions

    In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with dried dill and garlic powder until smooth.

    Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.

    Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border at the edges.

    Layer the Swiss cheese slices over the cream cheese, followed by the turkey slices.

    Top with a thin layer of baby spinach leaves.

    Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.

    Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up (optional but recommended for cleaner cuts).
