Turkey and Avocado Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 6 ounces Sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1 whole Ripe avocado
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt(optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.

    Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt evenly over each tortilla if using.

    Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin wedges.

    Layer the turkey slices in the center of each tortilla.

    Top the turkey with avocado slices, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.

    Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom.
