Ingredients

  • 2 Large flour tortillas
  • 6 oz Roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 Ripe avocado, sliced
  • 4 Bacon strips, cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard(optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.

    In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.

    Layer the shredded lettuce in the center of each tortilla, followed by the turkey slices.

    Top the turkey with bacon strips, avocado slices, and diced tomatoes.

    Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
