- 2 cans Canned tuna in water
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 0.25 cup Celery, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons Red onion, minced(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt and black pepper
- 6 large leaves Butter lettuce or Romaine leaves
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill or parsley(optional)

Drain the liquid from the canned tuna thoroughly.

In a medium bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.

Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, minced red onion, and lemon juice to the bowl.
