Ingredients

  • 2 cans Canned tuna in water
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup Celery, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion, minced(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper
  • 6 large leaves Butter lettuce or Romaine leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill or parsley(optional)

Instructions

    Drain the liquid from the canned tuna thoroughly.

    In a medium bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.

    Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, minced red onion, and lemon juice to the bowl.

    Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the tuna is evenly coated.

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and stir in fresh herbs if using.

    Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
