- 4 pieces Large butter croissants
- 10 ounces Canned tuna in water, drained
- 0.33 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup Celery, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons Red onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice(optional)
- 4 slices Sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter, softened

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork and mix in the mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.

Stir in the fresh dill and season the tuna mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the croissants in half lengthwise and lightly spread the softened butter on the cut sides.

Place the bottom halves of the croissants on the baking sheet and scoop an even amount of tuna salad onto each.
