Ingredients
- 2 pieces Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Tandoori spice blend
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro(optional)
- 2 sheets Parchment paper
Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, tandoori spice, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to form a smooth marinade.
- 2
Place the salmon fillets on one half of each parchment sheet and spread the yogurt‑tandoori mixture evenly over the tops of the fillets.
- 3
Fold the parchment over the salmon and crimp the edges to seal, creating a packet; let rest while you preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- 4
Bake the sealed packets for 18‑20 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- 5
Remove from the oven, carefully open the packets, and garnish with optional cilantro before serving.
