Ingredients
- 2 pounds Beef stew meat, cubed
- 3 large Carrots, sliced into rounds
- 3 stalks Celery stalks, chopped
- 1 medium Yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef bone broth
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)

Place the cubed beef stew meat into the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.

Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and minced garlic over the meat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the beef bone broth and tomato paste until smooth.

Pour the broth mixture over the meat and vegetables in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle the dried thyme, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper over the top.

Stir all ingredients gently to ensure the spices are distributed.

Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
