Quick Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large Bell pepper, sliced
- 1.5 cups Broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced ginger, and garlic to create the sauce.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan. Toss in the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return the shrimp to the pan and pour the sauce over the mixture.

Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.

Serve immediately over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
