Ingredients
- 300 g Flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Brown sugar(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and brown sugar.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.

Add the beef strips in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.

Add broccoli and bell peppers to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the pan and pour the sauce over the mixture.

Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients. Serve immediately.
