- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1.5 cups Shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 0.5 cup Salsa(optional)
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream(optional)

Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the shredded cheese and cooked chicken over one half of each tortilla.

Fold the tortillas in half to create a semi-circle.

Melt half the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place two quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crisp.

Flip carefully and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the other side is browned.

Repeat with the remaining butter and quesadillas.

Slice into wedges and serve immediately with salsa and sour cream if desired.
