- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 15oz can Canned black beans
- 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup Salsa(optional)
Instructions

Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.

In a small bowl, mash half of the beans with a fork and mix in the whole beans, cumin, and garlic powder.

Lay out two tortillas and spread the bean mixture evenly over one half of each.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beans and fold the tortillas in half.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place the folded tortillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
