  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce(optional)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese(optional)

Instructions

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into small crumbles.

    Drain the excess fat from the skillet.

    Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce.

    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened and coated the meat.

    While the meat simmers, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
