Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 8 large Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 cup Diced onions(optional)
- 0.25 cup Sour cream(optional)

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onions until the meat is fully cooked.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet and stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water.

Remove the beef mixture from the skillet and set aside.

Wipe the skillet clean and melt a small amount of butter over medium heat.

Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle a layer of cheese, add a portion of the beef mixture, and top with more cheese.

Fold the tortilla in half or top with a second tortilla, pressing down gently.

Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
