Ingredients

  • 200 g plant‑based ground beef
  • 4 pieces corn tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp olive oil(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil if using, and sauté the plant‑based ground beef for 3‑4 minutes until warmed through.

  2. 2

Stir in the taco seasoning mix and a splash of water (about 2 tbsp); cook another 2‑3 minutes, stirring until the seasoning coats the meat and the mixture is slightly thickened.

  3. 3

While the filling cooks, warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side, then assemble each taco with lettuce, diced tomato, sliced avocado, and the seasoned plant‑based beef.
