Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Mini chocolate chips(optional)
  • 1 pinch Sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1

In a wide-mouth mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.

  2. 2

Add the cocoa powder and a pinch of sea salt, whisking briefly to ensure no cocoa clumps remain.

  3. 3

Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  4. 4

Add the peanut butter and stir vigorously until all ingredients are well incorporated and the peanut butter is distributed.

  5. 5

Seal the container tightly with a lid and shake for 30 seconds for extra creaminess.

  6. 6

Place the jar in the refrigerator and let it soak for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

  7. 7

In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and add a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  8. 8

Top with mini chocolate chips and an extra drizzle of peanut butter before serving.
