  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 medium Ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon Honey(optional)
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon(optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chia seeds(optional)

Instructions

    Toast the bread slices in a toaster or oven until golden brown and crisp.

    Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter evenly over each slice of warm toast.

    Peel and slice the banana into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
