  • 2 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 stalk Green onions(optional)

Instructions

    Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Place salmon skin-side up in the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

    Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic mixture into the pan.

    Cook for another 3-5 minutes while spooning the sauce over the fish as it thickens into a glaze.

    Remove from heat once salmon is cooked through and the sauce is sticky.

    Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
