- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 stalk Green onions(optional)
Instructions

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

Place salmon skin-side up in the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
