Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 0.75 cup Milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Creamy peanut butter
- 0.5 large Ripe banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup or honey(optional)
- 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon(optional)

In a mason jar or airtight container, mash half of a ripe banana until smooth.

Add the rolled oats, milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the container.

Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the peanut butter is well incorporated and no dry clumps of oats remain.

Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

In the morning, stir the oats again. If they are too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
