Ingredients
- 12 oz Smoked Kielbasa or Italian Sausage
- 2 large Bell Peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 1 small Red Onion
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt and Black Pepper
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese(optional)
