- 2 6-ounce portions Salmon fillets
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 large Lemon
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano(optional)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place them on one side of the pan. Place the salmon fillets on the other side.

Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in minced garlic, the juice of half the lemon, and oregano.

Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over both the salmon and the asparagus. Season everything generously with salt and pepper.

Slice the remaining half of the lemon into thin rounds and place them on top of the salmon fillets.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
