One-Pan Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Large shrimp
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes(optional)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

    Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

    Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

    Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

    Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.

    Serve immediately, drizzling any remaining pan sauce over the shrimp.
