Ingredients
- 4 fillets White fish fillets (Cod, Tilapia, or Halibut)
- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.5 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)
