Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream, chilled

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

    Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.

    In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
