Ingredients

  • 12 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup crema or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cilantro(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt(optional)
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (10 minutes): Heat broiler to high. Pat salmon dry and lightly season with salt and pepper if using. In a bowl, whisk miso paste, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and olive oil until smooth.

  2. 2

Cook (18 minutes total): Place salmon on a foil-lined sheet and brush generously with the miso-honey glaze. Broil 8 minutes, then flip and brush again. Broil 8–10 minutes more, until salmon flakes easily and reaches your preferred doneness.

  3. 3

Assemble: Warm tortillas. Toss cabbage with a squeeze of lime juice if desired. Flake salmon and divide among tortillas. Top with cabbage and crema; finish with cilantro if using.
