Ingredients

  • 200 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 pieces corn tortillas
  • 60 g green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt(optional)
  • to taste black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with chili powder, lime zest, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for 2‑3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

  3. 3

While the shrimp cooks, combine cabbage, lime juice, and mayonnaise in a separate bowl; season with a pinch of salt and toss to create the tangy slaw.

  4. 4

Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds per side.

  5. 5

Assemble each taco by placing shrimp on a tortilla and topping with the lime slaw. Serve immediately.
