Ingredients

  • 450 g Turkey cutlets (skinless, boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Instructions

  1. 1

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chipotle peppers, erythritol, minced garlic, and lime juice.

  2. 2

Place the turkey cutlets in the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated. Let them marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated cutlets and sear for about 4 minutes per side, or until a deep, smoky glaze forms and the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).

  4. 4

Remove the cutlets from the pan, let rest for 2 minutes, then slice diagonally and serve.
